Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and motivated Sales Agents (either multi-mandate or single-mandate) who are well-established within their local industrial networks and possess strong commercial expertise. Ideal candidates will drive business growth by promoting and selling Proxima’s industrial adhesive solutions to manufacturers, distributors, and technical end clients.

You will act as a key ambassador of Proxima’s product range, helping industrial customers improve their processes with high-quality tape technologies and adhesive components tailored to their requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in target industrial sectors
  • Promote Proxima’s diverse product portfolio, including adhesive tapes, sealants, abrasives, and technical materials
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with distributors, OEMs and B2B customers
  • Translate market and client needs into growth opportunities
  • Report sales forecasts, customer feedback, and market insights to the internal commercial team

 

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the industrial, manufacturing or technical products sectors
Strong relationships and contacts within the local industrial ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-engagement skills
Ability to develop new business and manage long sales cycles
A proactive, results-driven mindset with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
