Commission-Only Sales Agent / Distributor — Smart Bike Dock (Bikeep)

Bikeep builds smart bike parking and e-bike charging infrastructure used by cities and properties to make micromobility safe, simple, and scalable.

Role summary (commission-only)
We’re recruiting independent sales agents/distributors to sell Bikeep Smart Bike Parking Stations (smart bike docks) and related solutions into your local market. Typical buyers include municipalities, transit authorities, commercial & residential real estate, universities, retail centers, and mobility hubs.

What you’ll sell

• Smart Bike Parking Stations (secure, connected bike docks
• E-bike charging options (park + charge)
• Full system value: end-user access + operator management tooling (Bikeep ecosystem)

What you’ll do

• Open doors & generate pipeline with target accounts (public sector + property)
• Lead the sales cycle: discovery → demos → proposals/tenders → closing

Ideal profile

• Proven B2B sales hunter (commission-based is a plus)
• Network in one or more of: urban infrastructure, cycling/micromobility, street furniture, real estate development, transit, public procurement
• Comfortable selling capex projects with longer sales cycles (incl. tenders/RFPs)
• Strong communication + negotiation; able to work independently
• Local language + English (for coordination with Bikeep HQ)

Compensation (commission-only)

• Commission on closed/won deals (no base salary)
• High upside for agents who can land pilots and scale to multi-site rollouts
• Paid on agreed commercial terms after successful order/collection milestones (to be defined in the agent agreement)

Territories

• Open across Europe and other select markets (territory agreed based on your coverage and existing relationships).
