Atronix is an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider based in Albania, offering PCB assembly, box-build, system integration, testing, and supply chain support for industrial, IoT, medical, automotive, and consumer electronics applications. We support customers from prototype through medium- and high-volume production with competitive pricing, flexible manufacturing, and European proximity.

We are expanding our commercial footprint in the European Union and are seeking experienced independent sales agents to develop new customer relationships and generate sustainable business.

The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting European OEMs, design houses, and technology companies that require EMS solutions. The agent will act as the primary commercial interface between prospective customers and our manufacturing organization, managing opportunities from initial contact through contract signature.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers requiring PCB assembly and EMS solutions
  • Proactively generate leads through personal networks, outbound prospecting, and industry events
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities within assigned territory
  • Present company capabilities, manufacturing processes, certifications, and value proposition
  • Understand customer technical and commercial requirements
  • Coordinate technical discussions between customer and factory engineering teams
  • Support RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes
  • Negotiate commercial terms in coordination with company management
  • Drive opportunities to contract and production release
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers
  • Support upselling and cross-selling of additional EMS services
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate resolution of issues
  • OEMs and product companies
  • Electronics design houses
  • Industrial automation manufacturers
  • Medical device companies
  • IoT and embedded system developers
  • Automotive electronics suppliers

Required Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Proven experience selling EMS, PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, or related B2B technical services
  • Established network within electronics industry
  • Strong understanding of electronics product lifecycle and supply chain
  • Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Prior role as independent sales agent or manufacturer’s representative
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and complex RFQs
  • Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IPC-A-610

Compensation & Commercial Terms

 

  • Commission-based compensation on net sales
  • Competitive commission percentage (to be agreed)
  • Long-term recurring commissions for repeat business
  • Territory exclusivity possible for high-performing agents


Performance Expectations

 

  • Minimum monthly prospecting activity
  • Regular pipeline reporting
  • Defined revenue targets per territory
