Sipaboards is on the lookout for dynamic freelance sales representatives to drive our brand across Europe. We specialize in innovative water sports solutions, including our groundbreaking self-inflating ELECTRIC SUPs. As our partner, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our products, and building robust relationships with dealers and resellers in your territory.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers

• Actively promote Sipaboards products in your market

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and resellers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Introduce new products and provide regular sales support and market insights

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets

• Previous sales experience is a plus (experience in water sports or related sectors is advantageous)

• Fluency in your national language and English

Compensation:

• Commission-based compensation plan only, with a percentage of each sale (no fixed salary)

• Monthly payments based on incoming customer payments

• Transparent sales reports for your territory, ensuring clarity on your commission structure
