Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Sales Agents already working in the adhesives, technical tapes, and industrial bonding solutions sector. Candidates with an existing client base and a strong understanding of adhesive applications and converting processes will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote Proxima’s full portfolio of adhesives, tapes, sealants, protective films, and die-cut solutions

• Introduce our custom converting capabilities to customers, offering tailored solutions for industrial applications

• Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base in your assigned territory

• Provide technical and commercial support in cooperation with our internal engineering and production teams

• Report regularly on market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in adhesives, tapes, bonding solutions, or related industrial sectors

• Established client network with OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, and industrial manufacturers

• Technical understanding of adhesive products and converting processe

• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-employed, with a strong drive for growth
