Founded in France in 1984, MODULO started as a local family business that later expanded internationally and developed over time into the market leader it is today. Now, MODULO has a complex business model that targets both B2B and B2C clients, both nationally and internationally.
MODULO is a European leader in the production and distribution of stone veneers and bricks, with a total of ~200 employees. Seeking to always improve and adapt to the market’s demands, our team is constantly focused on creating new products. This is the main reason why our products are manufactured in a large range of textures and colors.
Sales channels
The company sells today in majority 98% through DIY chains, on a global level, in countries like Romania, France, USA, Canada, South Africa, etc. We have recently started selling our products in Romania through traditional trade as well.
Our plan is to develop other traditional sales channels in Germany, Serbia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic based on the model that we are developing in Romania.
Challenge is to hire commission agents in the above-mentioned countries with various responsibilities including marketing research, B2B and B2C lead generation, cold calling, creating proposals, participating in sales negotiations and closing and account management:
