 We are looking for energetic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to generate and nurture sales leads for defined regions across Europe, including the Nordics, Benelux, Southern Europe, Eastern Europe and the UK/Ireland. 

 Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will develop new business leads by a mix of warm and cold calling. As a Business Development Representative, you will have an amazing opportunity to be part of the ‘growth team’ for generating business for the entire sales team.

 Key responsibilities

  • Prospecting, screening and qualifying potential businesses through cold calling, emailing & approaching clients on LinkedIn
  • Identifying and overcoming objections, whilst addressing business pain points through high activity
  • Effective use of the internal CRM to manage leads and data
  • Ability to think outside the box to generate your own leads
  • Speaking directly with end customers/prospects and articulating the benefits of company business software solutions

 Qualifications

  • A resilient and driven nature
  • Hungry to go above and beyond to exceed targets
  • You are highly communicative and love to talk to prospects on the phone, via E-Mail or Social Media
  • Previous sales, business development or lead generation experience is a must
  • Ambitious – looking to progress your career into New Business, Installed Base or Key Accounts Sales
