Employment: Part-time, contractual 


As a Sales Representative you will drive new business development and build a robust sales pipeline across your region. With a focus on the tile and related manufacturing  industries, your primary goal is to close strategic sales deals and implement our Value Add Strategy. You will also manage key accounts, working flexibly home office, or 
customer sites.

What you should bring for this position: 

 

  • Profound market knowledge of the tile and sanitary industry as well as bathroom 
  • or kitchen planning. 
  • Sales experience and professional acquisition skills. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Motivation for personal customer service. 
  • Wide professional network. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills. 
  • Good knowledge of English for working together. 

 

Your responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship-building to negotiating and closing deals. 
  • Contribute to shaping and executing the regional sales strategy. 
  • Identify, approach, and establish strong relationships with customers
  • Prepare tailored proposals, develop pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts to secure sales. 
  • Manage sales activities and strategic account planning within your assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term customer success.
