VALENT is a fast-growing European company specialized in the design, production, and installation of high-quality windows, doors, and custom facade systems. With a strong presence in Moldova and an expanding footprint in the Netherlands, we are now looking for an ambitious and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Dutch market.
As our Sales Agent in the Netherlands, you will be responsible for both B2B and B2C sales – promoting our innovative window and door solutions to private clients, architects, construction companies, and real estate developers. You will be the face of VALENT in your region, helping clients choose the right technical solution and coordinating with our international support and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and visit new clients and leads (residential and commercial)
Present VALENT’s portfolio of premium window and door solutions
Provide technical advice regarding measurements, materials, installation options
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, technical, installation)
Report activities in CRM and contribute to sales goals
Represent VALENT at local fairs or trade events (when applicable)
Ideal Profile:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales – ideally in construction, windows, doors, or home improvement
Dutch language – strong conversational skills
English, Romanian or Russian – a plus
Driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently
Proactive, client-focused, solution-oriented mindset
Able to work independently, but also collaborate with international teams
