Role
As a sales agent distributor, you will need to efficiently develop the sales network for our potential customer based on your activities. You will be responsible for creating sales volume by discovering, developing and qualifying sales opportunities with potential customers in target markets. You will be the engine to build new business relationships, get in touch with potential customers, who have expressed interest in our products and turn to those you believe have the opportunity to work.
Sales agents distributor are responsible for researching and taking contact with potential customers through calls, emails and using also social media tools.
What you will do
Identify, create and build new and qualified sales opportunities.
Build collaborative relationships with business development leaders, where you collaborate and strive to win for our business.
Engage "and follow" your potential customers to build trusted relationships by providing information tailored to their specific needs and interests.
Identifying market trends and market shifts and keeping abreast of new products, developments and competition.
Assist in building strong, long-term customer relationships by working together with them and understanding their needs.
Understanding the ideal customers and how they relate to the products by identifying the quality of customer relationships and changing customer needs.
Participating in trade fairs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in the language of the country, where you will operate.
A proven passion for sales and for home furniture industry combined with the determination needed to succeed in a sales development role.
Security and communication skills are needed to start telephone conversations with customers and business contacts.
With strong multi-tasking skills, you will naturally thrive in a challenging role, where you can take responsibility for your success.
Ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Self-awareness is needed to learn continuously and improve your sales skills.
A previous experience of sales in home furniture is preferable.
Qualifications (knowledge and skills)
Degree or appropriate qualification with the job sought
5 years of work experience
Computer use competency, MS Office - World with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent knowledge of English and other language in addition to the native speaker, both spoken and written.
A high space planning and organizational skills.
Good organizational and analytical data skills.
Advanced problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
